The SCIFIT PRO1000 Upper Body Ergometer provides strength and cardio training.

This rotary exerciser posesses many exclusive  features, including bi-directional resistance.

The computer controlled isokinetics provide variety for both the deconditioned and conditioned user. 

Programs Include:

- Manual  One button Quick Start

- Heart Rate  Set target heart rate and the machine adjusts the workload to maintain target heart rate (Polar compatible transmitter not included)

- Workload Control  Set watts, maintains constant workload independent of speed

- Strength  Allows you to maximize workload at a fixed RPM; a key ingredient for sports training; ideal for therapy settings as well, - where fixed RPMs are desirable
